I'm frustrated ~ my bobbin is loose coming through the casing but it doesn't come through the hook area without pulling the top thread to the bottom side of the quilt..... the hook also looks to be rotated a slight bit to the right where it was straight when the machine was new. HELP please.

Hi totally off topic but I just purchased a janome 789dc yeah !! And want to purchase a gathering and/or ruffle foot. I can’t figure out if my model has an oscillating foot. To purchase there are two one oscillating and one not? Sorry this is my first “nice” machine have only been sewing a year on a used and finally felt confident enough to purchase one just for me. Thank you.
